About Us

  • Your Host, Amy Bloom, personally make sure that your dining experience is no less than an excellent one. Mitch and Amy arrived in Rincon several years ago and have quickly become the darlings of the seasonal restaurant crowd.
  • Our Chef, Paul Hoelter creates the tantalizing and delicious dishes that have become so popular. Our menu planning takes advantage of the variety of seafood, vegetables and spices available in the Rincon area. We also import fresh products from the world's finest providers to provide a full-choice menu, designed to please our most discerning patrons. Our always-fresh desserts are homemade.
  • Our Bartender, Jim Behr stocks the best wine, beer and liquor in Rincon. His specialty drinks are as good as his knowledge of sports and better than his golf game. When Jim is not at The Spot Bar, he's entertaining his guests at the Pelican Estate Inn.
