This well-equipped three-bedroom seasonal Town Villa sleeps up to six persons and provides you with the beauty and old-world charm of Rincon, with modern amenities, in an exclusive and quiet setting.

  In quaint and friendly Rincon, you can choose from many different activities, or you can just take a short drive world-famous Rincon Beach and have a bite at one of the several restaurants within minutes of Casa Pío. You can also spend the day lounging at the nearby beaches and do absolutely nothing. If you want to refresh yourself with an island concoction and meet people, you can visit the best beach bars in Rincon.

Rental Rates & Policy

• $450 per week.
• $1600 per month.
• Maximum 6 persons.

  A 50% deposit is required (check or money order), payable upon reserving, and refundable up to fifteen days prior to the arrival date.  Each additional person not listed on the reservation record will be charged $25.00 per day. Rates and policy are subject to change without notice.
